Installation Error Code 10 on Windows 7

Hi All-

I downloaded the version 1.6.2 to my desktop and installed. I received a pop-up window with the following message “Boxifier could not complete the installation. Error code: 10”

However, a desktop icon was created. When it double-click it I received a pop-up window with the following message “Boxifier could not configure itself. Error code: 10”

Any insight to what this error code is would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe UAC (User Account Control) is disabled on your computer. Do you happen to know if it is?

Disabling UAC prevents Boxifier from being installed properly, so you could enable it, install Boxifier and then turn it back to the way you had it set before. Could you please try that and let me know how it works?
