Folder Not Syncing - No Access

My External Hard Drive folder is not syncing. I have an error that says: Folder not syncing because it cannot be accessed. How do I fix this?

Hello @ToniPabon

When you try to double-click the folder in the “Sync” tab of Boxifier, does it work? Does the external drive have the same drive letter when seen in the “Sync” tab of Boxifier as when seen in Windows Explorer?
