[FIXED] Error Code: E8500019

I am trying to sync a share on by NAS drive. One is working just fine - however, when I try to sync another one, I can’t do it and it just delivers the message There has been an error; Error Code E8500019

Please advise, just done $99 on this! I’ve tried reinstalling the app

After investigating this with Martin via Teamviewer session I concluded that this was a permissions issue. The folder could not be accessed due to permissions not allowing it so Boxifier was unable to access it.

For anyone else encountering this error, please make sure that you have the right permissions to access the network share. This message usually occurs when Boxifier cannot access that network share.
