Error E8500034 - New Harddrive


I recently switched external hard drives and relink the files to my new hard drive. I followed the Relink tutorial, but I get the same error:

I’ve even plugged in my old hard drive and made sure that Dropbox’s ‘selective sync’ was turned off for that drive as well. Then I unplugged the old drive, and tried the process once again with my new drive. No go. I’ve rebooted several times. I’m at a loss. Please help!
