We run the server version of Boxifier but it has totally stucked at uploading files. We have waited for 6 hours and restarted the application but nothing is happening. What can we do?

From the screenshot it looks like you are running an older version of Dropbox.
Here is what you can try:
- Go to Boxifier server settings and switch to running Dropbox normally (not as a service)
- Go to Boxifier settings and uncheck “Block Dropbox updates”
- Download the latest version of Dropbox from https://www.dropbox.com/download
- Install the latest version of Dropbox
- In Boxifier server settings switch back to running Dropbox as a service
