I’m still in a “test” phase of my Boxifier use. No one has access to our Dropbox account and I don’t edit files there. What I am noticing is that every night random files receive a conflicted copy of themselves on the local storage. Changes aren’t being made from the Dropbox account since no one accesses it. What would cause conflicted copies to appear locally? It shouldn’t be trying to write some other copy locally when no changes are made in Dropbox cloud. Because of this I have since turned off Boxifier.
This can sometimes happen when applications are updating files while they are being synced. Someone from the customer support team will contact you to find out why this happens.
