Can't Sync from Network Storage - see image

and from reading past topics, I checked to make sure it is current version of Pro.

  1. Is the folder from the network storage accessible if you navigate to it using Windows Explorer or if you double-click it in the Boxifier application?
  2. What kind of brand and model is the network storage?
