Avoiding duplicate uploads on Drop Box

I WONDER WHAT IT’S GOING TO REQUIRE TO GET AN ANSWER ON THIS QUESTION, THAT I’VE ASKED REPEATEDLY IN DIFFERENT FORMATS!!!

I have not heard back on this question, so am asking it again.

Much of the data I want to upload from my external drive is Already uploaded to DropBox. I do not want to re-upload it. I want Boxifier to be able to determine which files are already on DB and upload those that are not.

So how do I accomplish this? Do I move the folders on DB into the Boxifier folder, before I chose the folders on my external drive, using Boxifier? What is your guidance for best practice in this situation?
