Avoid synching external hard drive to 2nd computer?

I just purchased Boxifier to back up an external hard drive to my dropbox account. It seems to be working well from my primary computer that the external drive is attached to.

But, now I’ve discovered that Dropbox is synching the Boxifier folder to my 2nd computer which doesn’t have nearly enough hard drive space to fit all of this data (the reason it’s on the external drive in the first place).

How do I set up Boxifier & Dropbox so that the Boxifier folder doesn’t get replicated to my 2nd computer?

On the 2nd computer (the one where Boxifier is not installed) you can use the Selective Sync feature in Dropbox.
